The SHG S D145-PTT commercial grade 6-wire cable provides PL QD (Quick Disconnect) to a PJ7 2-prong adaptor with a PTT button. The push to talk function was tested over one million cycles! When downtime is not an option, this is the perfect choice. This adapter is compatible with all SHS QD Headsets as well as most Plantronics/Poly units. This is the amplified version of the standard D145-PTT.
